We are excited to announce we’ve been invited by @NetEvents to join @Bob Metcalfe, on Sept 30 at 8am PT, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of #Ethernet’s first specification which was published on this day in 1980. This event will kick-off with Jensen Huang of NVIDIA interviewing Bob on the history of Ethernet and current developments of this amazing technology. Our CEO and Founder, Tam Dell’Oro will then chair a panel discussion with Bob Metcalfe, and industry luminaries including Nan Chen of MEF, David Law of IEEE 802.3, Brad Booth of Ethernet Technology Consortium. We will discuss how they and their respective organizations have been inspired and benefitted from the invention of Ethernet, PLUS exciting new developments underway. We will then lead a live Q&A with Bob Metcalfe, fellow speakers and media from around the globe.
